Recruiting is an ongoing process allowing Total ProtectionS to meet specific client needs, promptly. Our proprietary, behavior-based screening and recruiting process ensures hiring of the finest talent with the ability to meet the unique demands of a high threat/close proximity security operation.

Total ProtectionS identifies talented people from multiple sources across the nation for the security industry, with a focus on community based recruitment. Some of these sources include:

Processes

Upgrading to Total ProtectionS is a smooth and efficient process. From the beginning, our aim is to cement a strong relationship between our two organizations. We leverage a formal programmatic process to ensure we meet and exceed our clients’ expectations.

Prior to every start-up, Total ProtectionS dedicates significant resources to transition planning. After studying a client’s requirements, our managers prepare a comprehensive plan detailing the responsibilities of the security officers. This tailored document becomes a living manual, undergoing constant review and revision, as we execute the deployment. Deployment is not complete until the client is satisfied all requirements are met.
